Neo Orbit meters two things: messages — each MQTT publish in and each delivered subscribe out — and payload data, the bytes those messages carry. Every plan includes a monthly data package. Go over and you are on transparent overage at your plan’s rate; we warn at 80%, keep you running through your included amount, then meter overage up to a safety cap. Free is a hard cap. You can also buy one-off data boosters without changing plan.
EU residency, MFA, alert rules and the dashboard builder are in every plan.

What counts as a message?
Every MQTT publish into the platform and every delivered subscribe out. We meter both directions so the price reflects the data you actually move.
How is data measured?
In gigabytes of payload — the bytes your messages carry, in and out. Both messages and data are metered.
What happens at my limit?
We warn you at 80%, keep you running through your included amount, then meter overage at your plan’s rate up to a safety cap. The Free plan is a hard cap with no overage.
Can I change plans or seats mid-month?
Yes. Plan and seat changes are prorated. You manage them in the app.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever, with no card required. Start there and upgrade when you outgrow it.
Which currencies and payment methods?
Prices are in CHF. Card and SEPA payments are handled by Stripe inside the app.
Where is my data hosted?
In the EU (Frankfurt) by default, with a Swiss-sovereignty option on Enterprise.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel or downgrade whenever you need to.
